RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MonstiFluff, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a voluntary return, the item must be returned in its original condition, with its original packaging where reasonably possible, and without damage or excessive signs of use.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for voluntary returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MonstiFluff cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit before reaching us.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@monstifluff.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, as required by applicable law.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items, MonstiFluff will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Where applicable law requires a refund to be issued within a specific period, we will comply with that requirement.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS
