2. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

Minor variations in color or appearance may occur depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions or manufacturing variations.

3. PRICES

Prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency.

Unless otherwise stated, the price shown at checkout is the amount charged for the products purchased.

Additional costs, including shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes or other applicable charges, will be communicated where applicable before the order is placed.

Prices may be changed at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Where discounts or promotional prices are displayed, the applicable terms and reference prices will be presented in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. ORDERS

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected products at the price displayed at checkout.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Shipping restrictions
• Circumstances where fulfilling the order would violate applicable law

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, the order may not be accepted or may be cancelled.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Our voluntary return policy allows eligible customers to request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Customers may also benefit from mandatory statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights under the laws applicable to their country.
